How to make crispy chicken breast with kabsa

Ingredients required for the mixture:

  • A pinch of ground hot pepper.

  • 1 small cup of water.
  • Flour (flour).

The recipe:

  1. Add the chicken cubes to a cup of hot water until it dissolves.
  2. Put the melted chicken broth in a deep pot and add a cup of water and spices to it (the amount of hot pepper as desired).
  3. Add the eggs, then stir the ingredients well.
  4. Add the flour little by little until the mixture becomes coherent and non-liquid.
  5. Cut the chicken breasts into medium pieces.
  6. Bring another bowl and distribute the chicken pieces in it, then add the mixture to it.
  7. Close the container tightly and place it in the fridge for 2-3 hours.

Fry the chicken:

  1. Put a cup of flour, half a spoonful of sa,lt and another of cornstarch in a bowl and stir them together.
  2. Heat the oil in a wide frying pan over high heat until it boils, then keep the p on low heat.
  3. Take each piece of chicken and cover it with the prepared flour, then put it in the oil.
  4.  Remove the chicken from the oil when it becomes a dark golden color.

  • Chicken bouillon cube.
  • 1 teaspoon of salt.
  • Turmeric.
  • oil.
  • Water.

Kabsa method:

  • First: Soak two cups of rice in a bowl of water for half an hour.
  • Second: Put three tablespoons of oil in a pot on the fire.
  • Third: add two and a half cups of water.
  • Fourth: Put the chicken cubes and their heart well.
  • Fifth: Add salt and turmeric.
  • Sixth: Wait for the water to reach a boiling point
  • Seventh: filter the rice and put it in it.
  • Eighth: Continue to stir the rice for half a minute, then leave it for a few minutes to boil.
  • Ninth: After boiling, move the pot over low heat, and leave it until it is cooked.
  • Broasted chicken and rice served with french fries and a plate of salad. Ketchup and mayonnaise sauce can be added to the table.
