Fat-burning soup that can help you lose 4 kg in a week

Ingredients:

  • 1 tomato, diced

  • 2 large carrots, thinly sliced

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1 bunch of celery

  • 150g mung beans

  • 1 cabbage, cut into strips

  • 3 parsley

  • curry powder 1 tsp

  • a spoonful of salt

  • a pinch of pepper

 

Preparation:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan

  2. pour the water into a saucepan and bring to a boil

  3. Boil for 10 minutes and stir

  4. Over low heat leave the soup until the vegetables are tender.

 

Cabbage Soup Diet: (You can eat any amount of soup you want by following the directions for each day of the week.)

 

  • Day 1: Eat fruit except bananas.

  • 2 days: Eat vegetables at will except corn and potatoes

  • 3 days: Eat vegetables and fruits at will, unless the day before is restricted.

  • 4 Day: only eat soup

  • Day 5: Soup can be served with grilled turkey and fish.

  • Day 6: Eat fruits and meat with soup.

  • Day 7: Serve soup with vegetables and brown rice.
