Garlic potatoes: quick and easy to prepare!

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 potatoes

  • 35g flour

  • chilli flakes 1/4 teaspoon

  • 1/4 teaspoon of oregano

  • Salt and pepper

  • 120ml water

  • Melted butter

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  • 2 tablespoons of oregano

THE METHOD

  1. Cover the sliced ​​potatoes in cold water and soak for 30 minutes.

  2. Boil the potatoes in clean water for 7 minutes and drain.

  3. Whisk flour with chilli, salt, oregano, and pepper. Add water and stir until there are no more lumps.

  4. Add the potatoes to the batter and toss to coat each piece well. Heat the vegetable oil and add the potatoes. Cook for 7 minutes and place on absorbent paper.

  5. Mix the melted butter, parsley, and garlic and pour over the potatoes. Stir to coat.
